Promation supplies robotic solutions for product or parts transfer, assembly, measurement, test and inspection. We have created custom applications for automotive parts and subassemblies, such as glass decking, windshield urethane, ceramic substrates, front and rear suspension assembly, car seating and more. We can complete robotic cells by applying specialized operations such as nutrunning, printing, labeling and more. Our robotic systems are based on standard industrial Fanuc and Motoman products, and we can custom design systems for specific applications. Other robot makes such as ABB, Kuka, and Kawasaki are welcome in our applications. Our superior end of arm tooling, which uses flexi grippers, vision systems, laser measurement and specialized additional axis, reinforce robotic speed, precision and consistency.
